Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


2. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and customs processing.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


4. Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. You can use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package’s journey. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


5. Customs and Duties

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
