Refund Policy

At Gillette Bazaar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled.


1. Returns

Because shaving products come into contact with the skin, we follow strict hygiene standards for returns.

Unopened and Unused Items
You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Opened or Used Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used razors, blades, cartridges, or grooming products unless the item is defective.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.


2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at press@gillettebazaar.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

  2. If your return is eligible, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return is processed.


3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm the return.

  • Partial refunds: In some cases, such as items returned in used condition or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

For non defective items, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.


5. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used razors, blades, and cartridges

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards
